Product Introduction:

The Double Shaft Shredder Municipal Solid Waste Plastic Crusher Machine Sponge Foam Shredder Wood Crushing Machine uses a differential knife shaft system (speed 15-32rpm, torque 32 tons) to coarsely crush the mixed solid waste. Special knives are used for different material characteristics: Cr-Mo alloy knives are used to process wood/plastics, hook-shaped knives are used to decompose sponges/foams, and anti-entanglement design is used to process cloth/leather. The crushed particle size is controlled in the range of 30-80mm. The processed materials are separated from metal impurities by a magnetic separator (magnetic field strength ≥1500 Gauss).

The double shaft shredder machine, also known as the shearing shredder,it's a shredder that reduces the size of the material through cutting, tearing and squeezing. The crushed materials enter the secondary fine crushing link after being graded by a vibrating screen. A four-shaft shredder is used to compress light materials (foams, sponges) to 1/5 of the original volume. Dust and fiber impurities are separated synchronously by a wind separator (wind speed 8-12m/s), and non-ferrous metals are recovered by an eddy current separator. Materials with higher moisture content enter the drum dryer (temperature 80-120℃) to make the overall moisture content ≤15%.

Discharge particle size can be customized.

The pretreated mixture enters the molding system according to the calorific value requirement formula:
Mixing and homogenization: The double-shaft mixer mixes the materials to ensure uniform components
High-pressure compression: The ring die molding machine forms particles
Cooling and packaging: After cooling in the countercurrent cooling tower, it is automatically packaged

Advantages of RDF (waste-derived fuel): ‌
Efficient resource conversion‌
Through pretreatment with a double-shaft shredder, more than 90% of mixed solid waste (plastic, wood, sponge, etc.) is converted into homogeneous fuel particles with a calorific value of 3500-4500kcal/kg, equivalent to 60-80% of lignite, realizing the direct conversion of waste to energy.
Environmental protection and emission reduction benefits‌
Each ton of RDF replaces 0.75 tons of standard coal and reduces 2.1 tons of CO₂ emissions; during incineration, through a professional flue gas treatment system (such as SCR denitrification), dioxin emissions are reduced by more than 50% compared with traditional waste incineration.
Significant economic benefits ‌
The production cost of RDF is 40% lower than landfill, and it can be sold as a commodity (market price is about 500-800 yuan/ton). Industrial users (such as cement plants) can save 20-30% of fuel costs after using it.
Strong process compatibility ‌
The double-shaft shredder is suitable for a variety of raw materials (including greasy leather, wet garbage, etc.), and by adjusting the tool combination and sorting module, it can meet the personalized processing needs of solid waste components in different regions.
